This service is incidental to our work and is not offered directly by All Home Meters, LLC. It will be offered through one of our qualified and licensed Consultants.
Our turnaround time to obtain Certificate of Use is usually 3 days. Please allow extra days if property in located in City of Doral or if additions, alterations or modifications are found.
Properties found with additions, alterations or modifications, an appointment will be scheduled with Microfilm Section of Miami Dade Building Department and certified copies of plans will be provided.

We have the local business tax license to conduct business in Miami Dade County, FL, and have the Certificate of Authorization (C.A.28738) from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers to offer and perform Engineering Services, as required by Florida Statutes.
We carry General Liability and Professional Business Liability insurance (E&O) in the amount of 1/2 millions as required per Florida Statutes to perform .
