FACTS 

A.- We have a flat fee (including Miami Dade fees) to obtain Certificate of Use, everything included, any property, regardless the type, size or location.  

B.- Our turnaround time to obtain Certificate of Use is less than 5 business days (usually less than 3). Please allow extra days for properties in City of Doral or found with additions, alterations or modifications. 

C.- If corrections or repairs cannot be finished in 15 days due to complexity, an initial invoice in the amount of $500 for the Draft Report (including Site Plan) will be sent to be paid within 45 days. This amount will be deducted from the total price of the complete Certificate of Use Inspection. Pictures "before, during and after work" will be necessary. If pictures, final Inspections from Miami Dade, etc, are not enough, there might be an additional re-inspection fee of $150.00 if the engineer needs to return to re-inspect the property after repairs and corrections are completed. 

D.- Survey is optional, it is not a requirement to obtain Certificate of Use. It is incidental to our work, always is performed by a Professional Land Surveyor and we have the lowest price for a Boundary Property Survey in Miami Dade, Florida.
